Originally from Northeast of France, Edgar grew up in a family of skiers — his father, a former French national team athlete turned coach, and his mother, a ski instructor. He put on his first skis almost as soon as he learned to walk!

Immersed in competition from an early age, he raced for three seasons on the FIS (International Ski and Snowboard Federation) circuit before naturally turning to teaching to share his passion with others.

He has been teaching alpine skiing for five years, in both French and English. His favorite run : Emile Allais Slalom Stadium.

Off the slopes, Edgar works as a strength and conditioning coach for the Savoie Committee, and he’s also a passionate photographer and videographer.
