Jean Guillaume began his career in middle school, in the biathlon sports section, and then continued his career in sports studies in eastern France. He spent 15 years on the French biathlon team and won several medals at the world championships from 2012 to 2017, as well as at the 2014 Olympic Games. Since 2022, he has been teaching skiing at the ESF in Courchevel Village.
