Lilou grew up in a resort in the Pyrenees. She joined the ski club at the age of 6 and then continued in the ski section until high school, passing through the youth training centre. She continued competing after the age of 18 on the FIS (International Ski and Snowboard Federation) circuit, while also pursuing her law studies. She decided to stop competing at the age of 20 in order to focus on her ski instructor qualification. She has been teaching at the ESF in Courchevel Village since 2022.
