Loïc, from Grenoble, strapped on his first skis at the age of 3 in Megève. He competed in alpine skiing for 12 years, taking part in 8 European Cup downhill races and a World Cup in Val Gardena in 1988. His career then took him to the United States, where he competed in the American collegiate championship (NCAA) and earned All American honors.
A specialist in alpine and backcountry skiing, Loïc has been teaching for 32 years. He speaks French, English, Italian, Portuguese, and Russian.
His favorite slope : Altipole.
Off the slopes, Loïc teaches marketing at the University of Savoie and enjoys gentle sports such as cycling, yoga, Pilates, and walking, as well as traveling. For him, teaching skiing is above all a labor of love : love for the sport, the mountains, and the people with whom he shares his passion.
