Whether on snow or water, the important thing remains the same : to convey enjoyment, confidence and a desire to discover.
Nathan, originally from Auvergne Rhône-Alpes, discovered skiing at the age of 6, and the sport accompanied him throughout his childhood. It was during a trip to Canada in 2012, while he was still a student, that he had a real revelation : the winter there, the skiing, the wide open spaces and the raw nature made a deep impression on him. It was then that Nathan decided he wanted to become an instructor, so he could share his passion with others.
He subsequently trained at various resorts in the Alps, which enabled him to refine his technique and teaching skills in a variety of environments.
Today, he enjoys introducing beginners to skiing and snowboarding as much as taking experienced skiers off-piste or on ski touring trips.
His goal is to provide high-quality instruction and share a safe skiing and snowboarding experience tailored to each person's level and expectations.
An instructor since 2014, he teaches downhill skiing, snowboarding and ski touring in French and English. His favourite slope is La Gentianes in Moriond.
In his spare time, he enjoys many mountain sports, including mountain biking and canyoning, as well as playing basketball in a club. Nathan loves to travel to practise wing foiling and discover local cuisine. He also has a real passion for DIY and woodworking.
In the summer, Nathan is a white water sports guide in Haute Tarentaise, where he supervises rafting, kayaking and hydrospeed on the Isère river.
